Who do you work with?

Who do you work with?

I specialize in working with solopreneurs and small business owners in the ecommerce, coaching, consulting and internet marketing businesses.  To avoid conflicts I will only work with one person in a particular field of expertise.  For example - I am currently working with:

(1) A real estate marketing consultant
(2) A virtual assistant trainer
(3) A virtual assistant coach

Don’t be confused I will take other coaches, just not two people who coach real estate agents or more than one trainer of Virtual Assistants.  Please email me if you are unsure if I have someone currently in your field.
 

Do you work alone or do you have a team that supports you?

I work alone but have a network of VAs with other specialties.
 

What’s the best way to contact you?

Visit my contact page and use whichever way is easiest for you.
 

When I contact you with a question, what is your typical turnaround time to send a response?

I will respond to you as quickly as possible, but within no more than eight business hours.
 

When and how frequently do you invoice?

I invoice at the beginning of each month for the services provided the previous month.
 

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept payment through PayPal or by check.
 

Do you have a contract for me to sign?

Yes.  I have a short agreement that spells out my services and pricing and is designed to protect both of us.
 

Do you offer a discount for a retainer fee?

I do not feel retainers are in your best interest. There may be times when you don’t need my assistance a set number of hours each month, and I don’t want you to feel obligated.  Based on the number of average hours you need my services, we can work out a “not to be exceeded” monthly budget. If you are getting close to reaching or exceeding our agreed upon number of hours, I will let you know.  You can decide if you want me to do additional projects that month or wait until the next month. 
 

What if I no longer need your services?

To cancel my services just send me an email at joyce@accomplishmoretoday.com.  I will send you a final invoice within 24 hours.
